Founder & CEO
Though she might not wave a flag about it, Lauren has been wrangling projects, selling dreams, and consulting on marketing and production initiatives for over 20 years. She is entrepreneurial, creative, and results-oriented, utilizing her extensive industry knowledge, comprehensive network, and effective leadership style to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes.
In 2009, Lauren founded Elle Esse Group, a full-service visual marketing firm specializing in project management and production in New York City. Under her leadership, Lauren and her team have established a reputation for creative ideation and innovative solutions while adhering to high standards of detail, quality, and service.
As a business advisor, Lauren has mastered the entire sales and production life cycle. She conceptualizes and sells innovative marketing and promotional strategies, oversees production, and ensures product delivery quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency. Over the years, Elle Esse Group has developed strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers, production facilities, and certified installation specialists. By collaborating with these experts, Elle Esse is able to offer comprehensive services, foster enduring relationships, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
In 2019, just a decade after launching Elle Esse in New York City, Lauren decided to expand the company and has been diligently growing the business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area—where she can finally put all her cowboy boots to good use.

Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years experience, Faith has been a constant in an ever-evolving industry. She specializes in offset printing and outside of the box marketing collateral, always working to stay tuned in to the latest trends. She also has an extensive background that reaches several areas, including digital printing, specialty finishing and binding, large format printing, installations, design, national retail roll-outs, and project management. Faith is extremely detail orientated and will catch any mistake, before it’s even made. She’s basically a life-saver.

Controller & Office Manager
Marialyn is a master in the bookkeeping industry, where she brings real-life work experience to the small business owner. Marialyn oversees all accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services at Elle Esse Group and is a program management professional with extensive experience in office administration, customer service and maximizing productivity.

Creative Director
Armed with 10+ years of experience and a background in graphic, web and industrial design, Stephanie’s skill set is a veritable Swiss Army knife. Equally comfortable conceptualizing unique print pieces, laying out and illustrating large custom displays, and designing architectural signage packages, she considers herself a visual problem solver and overall creative guru.

Director of Promotional Products & Branding
Kali is a talented sorceress of swag with over a decade of experience transforming ordinary giveaways into memorable brand statements. She has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups and mission-driven nonprofits, mastering the art of curating the perfect products that strike a balance between creativity and precision. With a background that includes fashion, home décor, and merchandise production, Kali is skilled at managing complex timelines, handling vendor relationships, and executing flawless projects from concept to delivery.

A proud alum of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Kali traded her suburban life for the vibrant energy of New York City, where she has built her career and developed a deep appreciation for the city's endless inspiration. When she’s not on the hunt for the next must-have swag, you can find her enjoying the outdoors in the warmer months or exploring the latest city hotspots with friends.
